1. he moves into his wife's grandfathers house.
2. they get kick out by the nazi's.
3. vladek and his along with the other 10 people are running out of money so vladek run to shop that own him money and ask for coupons and extra material.
4. as he left to get his money and supplies for the shops that owed him money and supplies he walk in on a bunch of nazis beating on jewish people even if they had papers.
5. he all most get caught by the nazis as he is delivering sugar.
he also see's his friends getting hung in the downtown by the nazis
